APPLETON, WI, July 2022 – Weidert Group, a HubSpot partner and nationally recognized B2B inbound marketing and growth agency for complex industries was selected to redesign, rebuild, and strategically enhance the performance of a website for The BoxMaker, a leading custom box manufacturer and packaging distributor headquartered in Kent, Washington, with offices in the Pacific Northwest, and a digital print manufacturing center in Lowell, Arkansas.

Several challenges with its existing website led The BoxMaker to pursue a redesign. Poor traffic, conversion rates, and generation of qualified leads — in spite of a well-established content marketing plan — pointed to a site architecture that would benefit from optimization. Visitors were often better aligned with The BoxMaker’s sister company, Fantastapack, indicating a disconnect in reaching The BoxMaker’s target audiences. Having the site split between HubSpot and WordPress platforms only complicated site management and further diminished performance.

It was apparent to The BoxMaker team that the complexities of the initiative required an agency partner experienced in synthesizing web development and design, user experience, HubSpot expertise, and inbound marketing principles. “When I first contacted Weidert, we had several components of the website redesign in motion but we were far from finished,” recalled Katy Hart, The BoxMaker’s marketing director. “I made it clear that we needed an expert-level partner that could ensure our website was built correctly from the ground up, performed to SEO best practices standards, and consistently generated leads. By the end of the conversation, I knew Weidert Group was the perfect fit.”

In collaboration with The BoxMaker team, Weidert deployed a layered strategy that incorporated in-depth SEO/content analysis, more robust target buyer personas, and refined lead qualification and scoring in support of improved site architecture and performance. A new custom site design was launched fully in HubSpot, and included optimization for inbound potential, SEO, user experience, and interchangeable website page templates designed and messaged for specific target personas.

“The BoxMaker set the bar high for us right from the start,” said Weidert Group Inbound Marketing Consultant, Kate Eastman. “It was an opportunity to earn their trust, and show that we had both the skills and desire to help them grow in impactful ways. We’re proud of our partnership with The BoxMaker team, and look forward to providing additional HubSpot and marketing strategy support. It’s gratifying to be considered an integral part of their continued success.”
