Dashboard equips marketers and professionals with combined KPIs for sentiment, volume, activity, tags, sources, number of spikes, and quota consumption for all, or select Alerts.

  1. Tighten up your social strategy – Keep a close eye on your overall sentiment rating, days of activity, and volume of mentions to better understand what topics are resonating with your audience and overall which days and times of the week receive the most mentions of your combined keywords. Take this into account when developing your social media calendar, and sprinkle more content on the days where there is the most activity happening around your brand.
