I walked at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention ’s Out of the Darkness Walk. My sincerest thanks to all of you who donated, in honor of my son. THANK YOU! I walked for my son. I walked for my firstborn. I walked for an extraordinary human being. I walked for AJ Betts. Nine years since he hung himself, I feel like my walk with grief is much healthier.
